Assessing Your Culture

The first thing we do is make a 360-degree assessment of your culture. Our process often looks different for every client, but can include the following:

  • Extensive interviews with employees to identify what is working and what is not
  • Meetings with management personnel to discuss their perspective on building and maintaining a positive corporate culture
  • In-depth discussions with leadership personnel to understand their goals and vision for the company
  • Conversations with vendors, business partners, and external stakeholders regarding their perception of your culture

In short, we want to have a complete picture of your company’s culture, from within and without, from the bottom-up to the top-down. We’ve found that a thorough assessment typically results in the most valuable insights.

Synchronizing Your Culture with Your Vision

Your organization’s culture should be a reflection of your vision. A company that depends on creativity should embody a culture that encourages creativity amongst its employees. A company that is striving to be the best in its market perhaps needs to incentivize bold action. Culture without a vision is empty. We work with our clients to understand and even clarify their vision, and then we shape the culture to help them achieve their goals.

A Customized Plan to Transform Your Culture

Once we have made a thorough assessment of your company’s culture, the next step is to formulate a plan for transforming it into the culture you want. The vision for your business is unique, and so you need a plan that is unique to your vision. We work closely with our clients to develop a fully-customized, step-by-step plan that will help you grow the culture your business needs.

Because culture cannot be forced, our plans emphasize organic growth. Of course, this takes time, so we work closely with you to facilitate your growth, monitor your progress, and make any adjustments that may be needed along the way.
